Nancy has more than 23 years of experience marketing and selling Real Estate in the Athens area including Athens-Clarke County and the University of Georgia, Oconee, Madison, Oglethorpe, Jackson and Barrow Counties. Nancy has helped hundreds of families find a new home. Specializing in all types of Residential Sales, Land Sales, Relocation and 1st Time Home Buyers, Nancy has the experience to help you buy or sell in this market. In 1986 when she began her Real Estate Career, interest rates were 12 to 14% or higher, so she set a goal to learn all she could by attending Continuing Education classes that would prepare her to best help her Buyers and Sellers. That quest continues.

Nancy is actively involved in her profession and the community. She has served as officer, director, Chairperson and member of many committees in the Athens Area Association of Realtors, and also serves on many different committees and the Board of Directors in the Georgia Association of Realtors. In the Georgia Chapter of Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) she has been the state President. In the Athens community, Nancy has gained many friends through her volunteer work in the schools as PTA President, High School Touchdown Club, Athens Area Cancer Society Auxiliary, Garden Club, University of Georgia Alumni Association, Food Bank, and Pilot International, just to name a few. Giving back is a key part of Nancy's philosophy. She believes we are all in this together and have a social responsibility to give back.
